Pricing

Thank you for being a student of Voice Lessons CC! Below are the policies and guidelines which every student (and parent if the student is under 18 years of age) is expected to adhere to. Please review and sign before your first lesson.

- Payment is required one month in advance and lessons will not be scheduled until payment confirmation is received by the instructor. Payment can be made with any credit card through the monthly invoice sent from www.voicelessonscc.com. Other payment arrangements can be accepted at the discretion of Bethany Goldson.

- Scheduled conflicts for the upcoming month should be communicated with Bethany via text or email by the 25th of the current month, this will ensure your invoice will reflect the correct amount.

- Please be prompt for your lesson! Keep in mind that Bethany will usually be teaching another student immediately after you, so we may not be able to make up the lost time in the case that the student is late.

- In the case that lessons need to be canceled due to emergencies and sickness, you must let Bethany know 24 hours in advance via phone call, text, or email. If you aren’t sure if you will have to miss, please send a notification anyway. If notified less than 24 hours in advance, makeup lesson credit will be given at the discretion of Bethany depending on the situation.

- That being said, do not attend your lesson if you are sick. Singing while sick is harmful for the voice and getting proper rest is important! Please don’t wait to notify Bethany one hour before your lesson time, or right at your time.In general, you should notify Bethany the morning of your lesson time at the latest about sickness.

- No refunds for lessons will be given. If you have to miss for any reason, credit for your lesson will be taken into account on the following month’s invoice (if notified 24 hours in advance).

- Bethany will provide all sheet music and as many resources as possible. On some occasions, tools and books will be recommended for purchase if it is something Bethany cannot provide (ex: a belt box for practice or work books for home study).

- Starting January 2024, all students will be charged a yearly fee of $30 to cover resources, subscriptions, and sheet music. This is much cheaper for students than having to buy all the sheet music and resources yourselves. This charge will renew yearly in January. For new students joining after January 2024, the $30 charge will be invoiced on your second monthly invoice (after one full month of lessons).

- Lessons can be canceled at any time, for any reason, by Bethany. Bethany also holds the right to cease the continuation of lessons with students at her discretion.

- Students should come prepared to their lessons with their assigned repertoire hole-punched in a binder, a pencil, something to record their lessons with, and water.

- Voice lessons only work if you do! Please make sure you set aside time to practice exercises and repertoire daily. If there are any questions, you are welcome to call, text, or email Bethany at any time during the week.
